Hey, I’m Nick, Owner of Rain or Shine Dog Walking. I started this business for one reason: I wanted to spend 9 hours a day cleaning up poop… No, I'm kidding. My passion for dogs has finally taken over my life, and I got tired of asking strangers if I could pet their pups. An injury forced me out of a labour-intensive job which - silver lining - gave me the perfect opportunity to get my legs moving and make furry friends along the way. I started out on the Rover app and quickly realized this was the perfect career for me. The first two pictures below are my two very first dogs: Honey and Oscar. I dog sat Honey for a week while she was only a few months old, and I still walk Oscar on a regular basis. I accepted every dog, even 1 year old Vesna, a rescue from Chile only 1 week after landing in Canada. She hated men with beards and hats. I sat in the yard with her every day until she got comfortable with me, and I will do the same for any of your dogs. Not only is this a THANK YOU to all of my clients and their dogs for making this business possible but a formal welcome to everyone who wants to join my pack.
